The busby
bag is red. The feathers are white, the lower part being black.
The
photograph is delicately tinted - the artist got it wrong with
respect to the collar as 10th Hussars' one was of the same dark
blue as the tunic. The red collar was distinctive to the 3rd
Hussars.
